Covenant Care
Covenant Care provides rehabilitation and therapy services across the country. Covenant Care nursing centers send 50% of patients back to their homes through the Homeward Bound program. AHCA/NCAL TV visits Pacific Hill Manor to see how they adopt the philosophy of 'families serving families' and send a patient home every day.
